Meet our Founder

SLOW & SEASONAL was founded by mother and herbalist, Kaitlyn Swanson.

Kaitlyn has been on a slow & seasonal living journey for nearly a decade. While her slow living journey began in the heart of the city, she now resides on a gorgeous piece of land nestled between the forest and the sea with her daughter and husband.
